Jasir is an engineer by profession. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from MES College of Engineering, Kuttippuram, in 2007. He also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Automation System Design from DOEACC (now known as National Institute of Electronics & IT), an autonomous scientific society under the auspices of Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology.
Jasir kicked-off his career with Indian counterpart of IDEC Corporation, where he handled technical support to Indian customers. The zest for creating an innovative business persuaded him to launch CONSYST in 2009.
As an entrepreneur, Jasir has travelled across the globe to serve his extensive clientele and he was instrumental in transforming CONSYST into a globally reputed firm.

Riyas is one of the founding members of CONSYST. He passed out from MES College of Engineering, Kuttippuram, in 2007 with a degree in Electrical engineering. After college, he joined a Kochi-based consultant firm as a junior electrical consultant.
Riyas co-founded CONSYST along with his classmate Jasir in 2009. He handles the administrative, legal and financial aspects of the company. His expertise is centred around laws governing a business such as corporate laws, GST laws, import/export laws and shipping Laws.
He also comes with tons of experience in project management as he dealt with a mosaic of regional and international clients across government and private sectors. At CONSYST, he makes sure the clients are served best with his exceptional skills in management.

Miraj holds an Electronics Engineering degree from Cochin University of Science & Technology. He started his career as Embedded Software Engineer at a Leading electronics design services company based in Bangalore. Before joining CONSYST Group, he also served a couple of large MNCs like Cognizant Technologies and Radisys Corporation in Senior roles. His core technical expertise is in RTOS, boot loaders, HW diagnostics, and device drivers in the networking and telecom domain. He has worked with various corporates and startups from the US, Canada, and Europe and traveled extensively to those geographies for customer interactions, project handover, training, and demos.
Being a firm believer in quality processes, he was an early adopter of Agile development methodologies & SCRUM framework. He loves stand-up meetings, sprints, and test automation and played the role of agile coach to several software development teams.
In 2017 he started the development of Industrial IoT Cloud Solutions and Industrial IoT Gateway products. He co-founded Consyst Digital which runs the IIoTNext Platform and also executes the digitization projects at CONSYST.

Anees had his engineering completed from MES College of Engineering, Kuttippuram. With a specialization in Mechanical Engineering, he began his career with INDUS Motors, one of the leading dealers of Maruti Suzuki vehicles in India. His superlative skills brought him to AM Motors, yet another Maruti Suzuki dealer in Kerala. His expertise in Customer Relationship Management, Personnel Management, Workshop Operations and MIS helped him carve a niche for himself in the automotive industry. He joined CONSYST in 2013 as the Operations Manager. Later, he shifted to Saudi Arabia to handle the operations of the company there. Presently, he is at the helm of CONSYST's global operations.

Sahal is a self-driven Technical Sales Executive and an influential business leader who works comfortably with the top management to shape CONSYST's strategic initiatives and long term vision. He started his journey at CONSYST as solution architect currently is leading Sales & Marketing.
Irshad takes care of R&D at CONSYST. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics from University of Calicut. Engineering activities at CONSYST include both Pre Sales and Post Sales Engineering. He started his career with CONSYST in 2013 and has shown a steady growth in his career.
Ajmal manages Finance at Consyst Group, leveraging his extensive expertise in the field. Holding a Master of Business Administration with specializations in Finance and Marketing, he brings a wealth of knowledge and a 12-year track record of success across diverse industries. In his role, Ajmal leads strategic financial planning and forecasting activities, collaborating closely with directors to align financial strategies with the organization's broader business plans and goals.
Junaid is an engineering professional with a Master's degree from RTM Nagpur University. With over a decade's expertise in Industrial Automation and Digitization projects, Junaid spearheads all aspects of Pre-sales and Post-sales Engineering activities, ensuring a seamless and innovative approach to our clients' needs. With his proven track record, Junaid is dedicated to delivering excellence in every project, making him an invaluable asset to our team.
Mohammed Shafi is an Electrical Engineer by degree and is certified in Project Planning and Procurement. He has managed various projects in Power Generation, Power Transmission, Water treatment, Water transmission and Oil / Gas sectors in Saudi Arabia. At CONSYST, he takes care of end-to-end Supply Chain Management including procurement and inventory management, ensuring on-time project delivery to our customers.
